English Translation Below:

CorpsAfrica has grown to cover many rural areas. Not only in the ways that bring development but also in the ways they use so that this development is accepted in the villages. Involving the villagers has been a source of their acceptance as it has made these villagers feel like the owners of the development. Also, giving the villagers motivation to see their resources pooled to solve their needs in a powerful way is another way to motivate them.

Peter, a Volunteer from this CorpsAfrica group, has been motivating and involving the villagers in many ways and ways to develop themselves in their daily activities. Tharaka being a city known for drought, has encouraged the villagers to engage in vegetable planting in small farms so as to solve the lack of vegetables at home.
The production of liquid soap is one way that contributes to reducing the cost of buying soap as well as a way to promote cleanliness as every family has a responsibility to maintain cleanliness.
In other areas, the environment has been preserved by strengthening the planting of trees and ensuring that there is clean drinking water. And if it’s not clean, then devise methods to clean it.
The production of a traditional stove that uses less wood as well has been valuable to the villagers as it has reduced the cost of cutting trees in bulk for firewood. The youth of this city are also not left behind, Peter has dedicated himself to explain the benefits of Life, studies, the environment and many more. Young people to be the leaders of the future era are also increasingly encouraged to make sacrifices so that their tomorrow can be better.
Apart from these small projects, Peter joined the villagers of Mauthini to identify one big project that will be beneficial for these villagers. This project will be compatible with their resources so that it can solve their needs.
The villagers confessed in unity and with one voice to be able to recognize this project. They started by looking at their resources and they realized the grains in abundance that are scattered everywhere in the villages and they realized the problems they are going through in harvesting these grains, they were blessed to buy a machine to help them in harvesting and also so that it can give them grain that is clean.
