Blessing Barika Zievie is a graduate of the University of Development Studies, holding a degree in Development Education Studies. During her academic tenure, she served as the Financial Secretary for her department and devoted her time to volunteering with esteemed institutions such as the National Youth Authority, Norsaac, and the Empowerment Center for Peace Building, with a primary focus on the empowerment of young people and women.
Driven by a fervent commitment to the principles of gender equality and sexual reproductive health, Blessing firmly believes in the provision of equal opportunities for sustainable development, as well as ensuring that individuals have access to the necessary information to make informed decisions about their bodies. As an active member of Activista Ghana, Youth Advocates For Change, she actively participates in initiatives aimed at raising awareness about issues affecting the youth and women in rural communities, often utilizing radio platforms in the Northern Region as a means to amplify her message.
In keeping with her unwavering values and aspirations, Blessing has aligned herself with CorpsAfrica, an organization that resonates with her dedication to effecting positive change and empowering communities.
