Naomi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from the University of Malawi. She is very enthusiastic about working with other young people and making a significant difference in people’s lives. During her undergraduate studies, she volunteered with the Brother to Brother organization in Zomba district, which provided her with some leadership and organizational skills and a passion for serving others. She also interned as a curator at the Department of Museums and Monuments.
In addition, she worked as a Research Assistant with Mzuzu University under Plan International Malawi and Mulanje Mountain Conservation Trust on a research project, which sparked her interest in the local community. She finds her experience with CorpsAfrica incredibly exciting, as it has allowed her to step outside of her comfort zone and grow both personally and professionally.
