Uwera’s technical skills include proficiency in HTML, CSS, Linux, and Microsoft Office, as well as expertise in computer troubleshooting and maintenance. Additionally, she has strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with experience in IT business analysis. Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda, with intermediate French, she is versatile and adaptable in diverse environments.
