Emeline Umutesi was born in Rwanda. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Sciences from the University of Rwanda. She is passionate, reliable, collaborative, patient, creative, energetic, positive, willing to help, compassionate and organized. While she was doing her studies, Emeline did her clinical placement in different health sectors including Rwanda Military Hospital/Kicukiro District and in other different district hospitals from 2017 until 2022. She also served as a student nurse volunteer during the COVID-19 pandemic and she was part of the team of Mass Vaccination and Testing Nurses from 2021 to 2022. After graduating in 2022, she worked as a Covid-19 Vaccination Nurse at Rwanda Biomedical Center (RBC). Furthermore, she did a professional internship in the Rwanda Social Security Board(RSSB) from 2022 until July 2023. Emeline believes that Everybody can be great and anybody can serve. She thinks that it does not require a college degree to serve. All needed is a heart full of grace and a soul generated by love.
