Umuhire Sano Bella Joyeuse is a dedicated hospitality management professional with a strong focus on community development. She earned an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management, specializing in Food and Beverage Management, from RP IPRC Karongi, graduating in 2024. Bella gained valuable experience as a Front Office Agent at Sainte Famille Hotels (2023-2024), where she honed her skills in hotel operations and was recognized as the department’s Best Employee of the Year. Bella has completed the Education First 12-Month English Proficiency Development Program and participated in a 12-month Talent Match Career Readiness and Employability Program. Additionally, she completed Feed the Future’s Hanga Akazi Workforce Readiness Soft Skills Training. Beyond her professional pursuits, Bella is deeply passionate about community development. She believes in empowering individuals and fostering growth within communities, which led her to serve as a CorpsAfrica/Rwanda Volunteer. Through this role, she applies Human-Centered Design and Asset-Based Community-Led Development approaches to help empower local communities and drive sustainable growth.
