Umuhire Noel Felix holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Rural Development from the University of Rwanda, College of Agriculture, Animal Science, and Veterinary Medicine, Busogo Campus. Since graduating in 2021, he has worked as a GBV Field Officer volunteer for the Barame Project with JV HPA & RODI, funded by Enabel, raising awareness about Gender-Based Violence (GBV) prevention, particularly in Gakenke District. He has also pursued professional development as an intern, gaining skills in conservation agriculture, focusing on minimal tillage methods to preserve soil integrity, through Bridge2Rwanda (B2R Farm), RTI International, and the USAID Hanga Akazi program.
