Haimanot Tadesse was born in Bahir Dar, Amhara Region, Ethiopia. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Electronics and Communication, at Bahir Dar University. Additionally, Haimanot pursued a Management degree at Bamba College, also in Bahir Dar. Passionate about the community service student committee, Haymanot dedicated much of her time at university to volunteering, notably with the Christian Students’ Fellowship. Her commitment to helping others extended beyond her studies; she actively supported individuals in need, including street dwellers, by providing food, clothing, and other essentials. She also celebrated various festivals and personal milestones, such as her birthday and those of her friends, with these communities. After graduating, Haymanot continued her volunteer work, driven by her belief that service to others is a fundamental human responsibility. She is now a second-year CorpsAfrica Volunteer, where she continues to uphold her commitment to making meaningful contributions to those in need and striving to make a positive impact in her community.
