Jimmy Rugamba, was born in Rwanda. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine from the University of Rwanda with a second-class upper division. He has a strong commitment to community service and leadership, having served as the Professional Leadership Director of the Rotaract Club and the Director of Tourism in the HINGAMAFARANGA Club. His focus has been on improving access to quality food for healthier communities, including conducting successful radio broadcasts on agricultural training. Additionally, he has gained expertise as a Field Officer in an agricultural research organization.
