Joe Jotham Kanengere Nuwamanya is a Consultant with the World Bank, supporting the designing of activities on social protection operations. He has a Master’s degree in Science in Agricultural Economics from Makerere University and a Master’s degree in Science in Soil Science from the University of Nairobi, Kenya as well as a Bachelor of Science (upper second division) in Agriculture from Makerere University. He is an Alumnus with the International Program for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET). He has co-authored an article “Policies, Institutions and Personalities. Lessons from Uganda’s Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation. He has also co-authored an article “Buffer – pH Methods for Estimation of Lime Requirements for Tropical Acid Soils. Published in Communication in Soil Science and Plant Analysis. He has also co-authored an article on Soil Acidity Components of Tropical Acid Soils.
