Odette is a passionate agricultural specialist and an entrepreneur dedicated to empowering women in rural communities through sustainable agriculture practices. She has a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology, Odette brings 7+ years of experience in youth mentorship in Camfed Ghana where she served as a learner guide (volunteer) She is the founder of (The Some’s Farm) and has held various roles, including Field Supervisor for the Savannah Zone Agriculture Project, and training women in value addition during her national Service at the Northern Regional Agriculture Department in the women in agriculture unit she was a Project Assistant at SNV Tamale, where is supported the team with administrative needs. Odette is driven by her commitment to cultural diversity and community development, believing that understanding local languages and customs is key to making impactful contributions. Her goal is to provide vital agricultural services to women in rural communities, fostering growth and self-sufficiency. Aside from the experience she has gathered over the years, she is multilingual. Odette speaks about seven languages, including English, French, Daagare, and more.
