Caleb Kamau Ng’ang’a is an International Relations and Diplomacy graduate from Riara University with a strong passion for human rights, child protection, and sustainable development. He holds certifications in Project Management for Development Professionals and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) for Development Professionals, which have sharpened his ability to manage development projects and ensure effective program outcomes. Caleb has gained hands-on experience through his roles at the Kenya Investment Authority, World Vision Kenya, and Kaizen International. During this time, he worked extensively in investor relations, research for investment promotion, and coordinating child protection programs. His dedication to advocating for children’s rights has been a driving force in his career, where he has organized workshops and represented marginalized youth in policy discussions. He has also been involved in mentoring and educating children from impoverished communities through his work with Compassion International. Currently, Caleb is a trainee with CorpsAfrica, where he has undergone specialized training on community-led development, Asset-based Community Development, and Human-Centered Design techniques in problem-solving. This training has prepared him to effectively support grassroots initiatives that foster local ownership and ensure long-term impact. In addition to advocacy, Caleb has honed his research and analytical skills, contributing to data collection for the World Vision Green Project and preparing reports for development initiatives. His expertise includes program management, monitoring and evaluation, and policy influence, all with a focus on promoting peace, human rights, and sustainable development. He is driven by his commitment to service, ethical leadership, and the desire to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable populations.
