Frey Negash is a dedicated Volunteer Liaison at CorpsAfrica/Ethiopia. She brings a strong educational background and diverse experience in community development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Mekelle Institute of Technology.
Before her current role, Frey was a supervisor for over three and a half years at Variety Lighting Manufacturing PLC. Her commitment to community service is evident from her volunteer work with CorpsAfrica/Ethiopia, where she spent a year contributing to various initiatives.
During her time with CorpsAfrica, Frey completed an internship at the Youth and Cultural Development Foundation (YCDF), a partner organization. In this capacity, she worked as a Data Encoder, utilizing the District Health Information System (DHIS) to support data management efforts. Frey also facilitated various training sessions focused on essential skills for adults, including SMART goal setting, entrepreneurship, effective communication skills,
women’s empowerment and awareness creation.
Her multifaceted experience underscores her commitment to fostering community development and empowering individuals through education and skill-building.
