Mareme Ndour holds a Master’s degree in Geography from the Université Gaston Berger of St. Louis, Senegal. She was involved in two international research programs as a junior researcher and has co-authored several published scientific papers about vulnerable communities in Africa. Mareme has a solid background in program management, event and workshop planning. She participated in many international events where she facilitated collaboration and communication between various organizations. While at Université Gaston Berger, Mareme also worked as tutor for various students. In 2014, Mareme piloted a survey of 400 households in urban areas at the northwest of Senegal. Mareme is very passionate about women’s development through education. She co-foundered a female development project where she was responsible of the marketing and the communication.
