Emmanuel Ndayambaje was born and raised in Rwanda. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness from the University of Rwanda, and his passion lies in enhancing agricultural production. Emmanuel’s journey into agriculture began with academic internships at SOPYRWA HORIZON PYRETHRUM PLANT, where he gained valuable hands-on experience. During the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, he selflessly volunteered in infection prevention and control efforts within his community.
His commitment to agricultural development led him to serve as an Extensionist Officer in YEAN RWANDA (Youth Engagement in Agriculture Network). In this role, he provided essential agricultural extension services, including establishing horticulture nursery beds and assisting the community in creating kitchen gardens to combat malnutrition. Emmanuel also ventured into the marketing domain as an agent at Kenya Seed Company Ltd.
Furthermore, he contributed to a project focusing on the comprehensive assessment of the relationship between poverty and food insecurity through the Societal University Village Initiative approach in the Western Province of Rwanda.
Emmanuel is driven by a profound desire to serve his community, both locally and internationally, using his wealth of experience. He actively participates in various initiatives aimed at uplifting individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds.
