MUTOZIMANA Synthique is a Software Engineer who recently completed her degree in Computer Science (Software Engineering, A0) from INES-Ruhengeri. Her interest in the tech field began at Runda TVET School, where she studied Computer Science (Software Development, A2) between 2017 and 2019.
Synthique has always been passionate about using technology to create positive change. In 2014, she interned at Camp TechKobwa, where she helped empower young girls by introducing them to the possibilities of technology. The following year, she became a student leader at the ANTI-AIDS club, where she focused on HIV/AIDS prevention and worked to address the stigma surrounding the disease, creating safe spaces for open dialogue on health issues.
In addition to her tech-related endeavors, Synthique has engaged in various community projects. She mentored young people in leadership and job creation through her participation in Camp GROW at Mpanda VTC. In 2020, she volunteered as a Secretary at Ingobyi, where she worked on improving health services for mothers, babies, and malaria patients in her community. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she took on the role of volunteer secretary in the Bweramana Sector, ensuring that her community had access to accurate health information and essential supplies.
Synthique is enthusiastic about merging her technical expertise with her passion for community service to make a meaningful impact in the communities she serves.
