Oguttu is a social worker with a Bachelor’s degree in social work and social administration from Makerere University Kampala. He has worked as a child sponsorship support officer with World Vision Uganda, administrative, a marketing executive at Business Center IT Solutions Limited, a Branch Coordinator and a Sales Team Leader at Platinum Credit Uganda Limited. Oguttu aspires to grow in community development work to create positive change in communities. Currently, he is serving as a CorpsAfrica/Uganda Volunteer located in Nakaseta C village, Lyatonde district in Central Uganda.
