Andre Muhakwa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Crop Science from the University of Rwanda. He is from Nyaruguru in the Southern province of Rwanda. He served as a Youth Volunteer in his community where he facilitated programs to teach his community the best practices that would help to prevent the spread of coronavirus. He took part in different community development opportunities including work as an Enumerator in LODA Household profiling where he made profiled 500 households families. He also prepared over 25 hectares of radical terraces in Nyaruguru district as a Field Technician, and he worked also as an Enumerator of the Establishment Census at the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR). He continues to use his talents and strengths to further his goals and his organization and to empower the community.
