Etienne MUGISHA, pursued his higher education at the University of Rwanda, earning a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Governance, Development, and Society, specializing in International Relations (2019-2023). In 2022, Etienne enhanced his academic learning through an impactful internship at the Senate of the Parliament of Rwanda. Working in the office of the Permanent Secretary, he gained invaluable experience in parliamentary diplomacy. Before his foray into international relations, Etienne spent two years in sales at UZIMA Chicken Ltd. Etienne’s commitment to academic excellence was evident during his high school years, where he excelled in History, Economics, and Geography from 2016 to 2018. Currently, he continues to develop his skills and contribute to community development projects.
