MUGENGA Gisele was born and raised in Rwanda. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kigali Independent University. Her career began in healthcare as a receptionist, where she developed competencies in patient relations and administrative support. During her university studies, she served as a class representative, enhancing her leadership and organizational skills. She completed an internship at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (Minecofin), gaining valuable insights into government operations and financial management, for four years at Saye Company, she focused on sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR),gender-related issues and the empowerment of teen mothers, actively engaging with the community and facilitate them how to advocate for their rights. This role reinforced her passion and commitment to community development. She also holds a certificate in child safeguarding, reflecting her dedication to protecting vulnerable individuals.
