Bernard Mkunthi is an entrepreneur whose work focuses on agribusiness, investment, and environmentally friendly innovations. He founded Tsamba Fresh Greens, a start-up agribusiness company based in Lilongwe, Malawi. While he was the youngest member of the Mwayi cooperative, focusing on value addition in crop production, he served as the vice chairperson for two years. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with interests in Business development and management. He served as a Government intern under the Ministry of Gender, Children, Disability and Social Welfare for three years as an administrative intern and acting Administrative officer for three months of that tenure. He worked part-time for GM properties as a junior business developer on the mega ongoing Kanengo Northgate project and held the same position at Malbro International under student placement. Bernard is an aspiring green initiative industrialist, and he is passionate about outreach and volunteer service.
He is a self-published author on Amazon with his first book, The Best of Me. He is an editor, a Chichewa to English and English to Chichewa translator, and an enthusiast of renewable energy and natural resources used in agriculture. He is interested in e-commerce, international trade, and how all this can express social impact for the youth. He loves adventure, hiking, and skateboarding.
