Abderrazzaq Mahboub is from Tinjdad, in Southeast Morocco. He holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) from Ibn Tofail University in Kenitra. Currently, he is a Ph.D. student specializing in Emotional Intelligence. He has published two articles both in English and French that discuss the management of teleworkers in Moroccan SMEs during the COVID-19 era. He is also working on his first book about emotional intelligence in Islam. Abderrazzaq is very active in social work and is a member of various associations, such as the Association for Solidarity in his hometown and the Future Human Resources Managers Club in Kenitra. He believes that understanding emotional development will allow societies to develop and make the impossible possible, and he will work to bring this to his community.
