Joseph Lesiba Kutumela is a passionate advocate for education and community development with a strong academic foundation in political science. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and an Honours degree in Political Science, both from the University of Limpopo. Joseph has extensive experience in fostering social change and empowering individuals. As a Democracy Education Facilitator, he promoted civic engagement and democratic principles by collaborating with stakeholders such as schools, clinics, and community organizations. This role helped him develop strong skills in public speaking, community mobilization, stakeholder engagement, and simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences. As an E-Cadre (Teacher’s Assistant), Joseph supported learners by enhancing their academic performance and promoting digital literacy. He also volunteered as a mentor in a student-led program, assisting Grade 12 learners with tertiary education applications and providing tutoring support. Joseph’s diverse experiences have equipped him with excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of community dynamics. He is committed to driving positive change, fostering empowerment, and helping individuals unlock their potential.
