Sosina Kassa is a graduate of Electrical and Computer Engineering from Hawassa University and later acquired her MBA from the American College of Technology. Before joining CorpsAfrica, she volunteered for four months at Thrive Project, which focuses on empowering women through vocational training. She then continued to work on the project as a permanent staff member for eight months. She is passionate about community development work and believes in the power of grassroots development to create sustainable change.
