Habibata Kamil is a native of Yendi in the northern region of Ghana. She is a registered midwife who graduated from Nurse’s and Midwifery Training College, Tamale. She worked at the Tamale West Hospital as a National Service personnel for a year where she gained experience of confidence and self-discipline. She proceeded to her top-up in BSc midwifery at the University for Development Studies, Tamale. While in school she was always passionate about the health and well-being of people around her and in the community where she became the president of the health promotion club which provides healthcare services to people and also helps in building confidence and public speaking skills. Her passion for building the confidence level of people through her debating skills, volunteerism, and community development led her to CorpsAfrica. Habibata firmly believes that everyone has something special to offer in life if they are guided in the right way.
