Auxillia IRADUKUNDA, born and raised in Gasabo, Kigali City, holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology. She is a community development enthusiast. Before joining CorpsAfrica, she served as a mentor-volunteer with African Evangelical Enterprise Rwanda, mentoring over eighty adolescent girls and young women. She also worked with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) Rwanda as an enumerator for the Early Childhood Development (ECD) service centers mapping project, contributing to improving access to quality early education. Auxillia is passionate about grassroots initiatives aimed at empowering and supporting marginalized people, especially women and youth. Having worked in rural areas, she is aware of the challenges these communities face and is committed to bringing long-lasting, constructive change. She believes that people should take charge of their development and that the CorpsAfrica approach is the best way to empower rural communities to create sustainable livelihoods.
