Belise Ihirwe is a graduate of the University of Rwanda, College of Education with a passion for community development, mental wellness, and literacy enhancement. Throughout her journey, she has attended various pieces of training including Mental health awareness and prevention from Lifeline Organization, and Leadership, Career Development, and Digital Skills from Global Transformation for Innovative and Digital Academy (GTIDA). She has been privileged to teach biology, and chemistry at different high schools and has been a Volunteer at Le Phare Community Library in the Rubavu district. After completing her degree, she sought to make a meaningful impact in education, community development, and mental health. Currently, she is serving as a Volunteer at CorpsAfrica/Rwanda, where she works on various community-led- development initiatives, her role involves facilitating and collaborating with local communities in their development. Belise believes in the transformative power of education, teamwork, and dedication. Through her work, she aims to positively impact the lives of those she serves.
