He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Rwanda (2024) and has over six months of experience in social work, including roles at FXB Rwanda and Centre INTIGANDA. Daniel has worked in community development, advocacy, and social protection, including collaborations with local leaders in the Tumba Sector in 2023. He has attended and completed the Work Readiness training by Hanga Akazi and RDB, and is skilled in cross-cultural communication, leadership, and problem-solving. His academic and practical background aligns closely with CorpsAfrica’s mission, particularly in using the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) and HCD (Human-Centered Design) models to help rural communities overcome extreme poverty and build resilience. He has developed key skills in needs assessment and collaborative problem-solving, which he is eager to apply in the volunteer work. Outside of work, he enjoys reading books and staying active through physical exercise and sports. His goal is to complete the service with CorpsAfrica/Rwanda, by making a meaningful impact on the communities he serves.
