Thadee Hagabimana is a Demography Specialist from Rwanda, born in the Western Province, of Rutsiro District. He completed his secondary studies in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology (MCB) and initially worked as a science and mathematics teacher in lower and upper primary schools. He later pursued his studies at the University of Rwanda, specializing in Demography. He is now a graduate of the College of Business and Economics (CBE), Department of Applied Statistics, with a major in Demography. During his academic journey, he interned in the Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Unit of Rutsiro District. Thadee has attended various training programs, including advanced Excel and Adobe Illustrator (both certified), first aid (certified), and the Umugandathon Hackathon (certified). He is fluent in English and Kinyarwanda and has an adequate command of French. His skills include data collection, data analysis, data visualization and dissemination, communication, leadership, planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
