Ange Marie Gisele Tuyisenge was born in Rwanda, Northern Province, Musanze District. She pursued her studies in Rural Development at the University of Rwanda, Busogo Campus. She served in CorpsAfrica/Rwanda Cohort 4, in the Ngororero district. As a CorpsAfrica Volunteer she empowered community members through HCD & ABCD approaches, where she contributed to the improvement of livelihoods through income generation, saving schemes, health insurance, fighting against malnutrition, and school dropout. She conducted professional internships in different institutions such as Virunga Wildlife Clubs acting as a field officer and SPIU of IFAD Funded Project in Rwanda Dairy Development Project (RDDP)/Musanze District. She served as a Youth Volunteer in Musanze District in Community Mobilization to the measures of Anti-COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccination. Gisele is one of the founders of the HINGAMAFARANGA club which deals with agricultural extension. Gisele successfully completed the industrial attachment in LODA (Local Administrative Entities Agent) on LCF (Local Competitiveness Facilities). She has also earned the Certificate of TECHWOMEN Alumnae for Participation in the next generation of women in Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics, and the Certificate of Appreciation for Facilitating HingAMAFARANGA Radio Program of Energy Radio to energize farmers
