She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology and Management from the University of Gondar, and she has a solid foundation in technical skills. Her dedication to serving others was evident during her time at the University, where she volunteered as a tutor in Mana Gamachu, sharing her knowledge with local students. During her internship at Bamacon Engineering PLC, Mihret honed her office engineering skills, gaining valuable experience in the construction industry.
