Meryem El Allam, from Rabat, started her career in sales back in 2016. In order to polish her managerial skills, she enrolled in ENCG Kenitra to get her master’s degree in Management and Business Administration in 2019. Passionate about entrepreneurship, she joined the health education startup StepOut as a sales manager to promote their training curriculum. Meryem then joined the Moroccan Center for Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation where she was able to implement a fast-track incubation program in two different regions in Morocco, which directly supported 50 entrepreneurs launching projects in cleantech, Fintech, handicraft 4.0, and Green building. Her latest position as a Program Coordinator with FORSA allowed her to develop her team management and leadership skills. Meryem is currently a proud volunteer at Corps Africa, where she is willing to work with her peers to develop impactful projects for communities in need.
