Abdou Cisse is originally from the Ziguinchor region. He holds a Sociology degree from the University Gaston Berger de Saint Louis where he is currently pursuing his doctoral studies in Sociology of Development. He has participated in many community service and volunteering activities throughout Senegal. Abdou is highly interested in rural development.
