Currently, he holds the position of Programs Coordinator at Rising Hope Network, a youth-led organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being of underprivileged communities. With over four years of experience, Imraan has played a pivotal role in driving positive change at Bowa Primary School in Lumbadzi through effective leadership, resulting in a significant increase in student enrollment in 2022. In 2024, Imraan obtained his degree in Development Studies with a major in Economics from Pentecostal Life University. His academic prowess was prominently displayed during his tenure as Chief of Research for the PLU debate group at the Economics Association of Malawi (ECAMA) debates in 2022, where he showcased his analytical skills in addressing crucial economic matters. Imraan aspires to pursue further education by enrolling in an MA program in Diplomacy and International Relations following his service with CorpsAfrica. Throughout his career, Imraan has exhibited strong leadership and management capabilities, effectively leading teams and overseeing successful community projects. His role at Rising Hope Network involves resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement, and the implementation of impactful programs benefiting numerous underserved individuals. In addition to his professional and academic endeavors, Imraan is an accomplished public speaker, having hosted a variety of events such as book launches and club meetings.
