Anastanzia Zawanda Chikhadwe is a young and hardworking woman with a degree in Arts Humanities from the University of Malawi, where she majored in Drama and Theatre Studies. Her academic journey involved active participation in Theatre for Development projects, using creative expression to address social issues and connect with communities. As a mentor and role model for students under Care Malawi, she encouraged them to set goals, work hard, and focus on career development.
Anastanzia has professional experience as a data entry intern at Care Malawi, a field facilitator with World Relief, a research assistant with World Vision, and a part-time data transcriber with Theatre for a Change. These roles provided her with practical skills in community engagement, data management, and research, enhancing her ability to contribute to grassroots development projects. Her approachable nature and love for working with people help her foster meaningful connections within the communities she serves.
Driven by her passion for community engagement, Anastanzia joined CorpsAfrica as a Volunteer, where she is eager to continue empowering individuals and supporting sustainable development initiatives. She looks forward to using her skills and experience to collaborate with local communities, addressing their unique challenges and helping them implement long-term solutions that foster growth and opportunity.
