Charles Kweku Imbrah has over a decade of experience in teaching, training, and development. Having
served as a classroom teacher in rural Ghana, Charles is passionate about fostering development through
education and capacity building. He is a trained teacher from Komenda College of Education. Charles has
significantly enhanced leadership, employee skills, and engagement across various sectors, including
NGOs, FMCG, education, and construction and engineering sectors. His dedication to driving change
extends to building resilient communities and empowering individuals through education initiatives.
Based in Accra, he holds a Master of Education in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Cape
Coast. He is committed to continuous learning, driving organizational growth, and fostering collaborative
environments to bring change to communities across Africa.
