Francis Dieudonné Bidiar is from the region of Kedougou where he did all his schooling. He graduated in 2010 with a degree in History at UCAD. Then he studied Management of Local Development and Social Engineering at Alioune Diop University of Bambey / Dakar Resource Center. This training made him love community development where, through his involvement in several associations, he participated in several awareness activities in Bassari country (ethiolo, salemata) on school dropout and citizen participation. He is happy to join the big family of CorpsAfrica.
