Liliane Djitom Assine is from Ziguinchor. She holds a Professional License in Business Management from the Catholic University of West Africa/ISCG in Ziguinchor. She participated in training in conflict resolution in schools and universities in 2012 with the Konrad Foundation in parallel with the Catholic Student Youth (JEC) of Oussouye.
