Mohammed Mudasir Abubakari is a passionate Ghanaian who resides in Tamale. He graduated from the University for Development Studies with a Bachelor’s degree in Community Nutrition. While in the university, Mohammad Mudasir served as a student leader in the capacity of Nutrition Officer at the Department of Nutritional Sciences. He has worked as a licensed Nutritionist at King’s Medical Center in Kumbungu District after his undergrad program which served as his national service. He has the belief that every individual has the right to live healthily to attain their heart desires, as a result, he developed an interest in Maternal and Infant Nutrition. Mohammed Mudasir has the desire to further his education and research in nutrition to reduce the burden of malnutrition among pregnant women and children under five years. Before joining CorpsAfrica/Ghana, he played the role of Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant during his engagement with U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative Vectorlink/Evolve in 2023/24 where he served in Karaga and Gushegu districts respectively. Mohammed Mudasir has a great passion for Community Development in the areas of health, education, and agriculture. This made him always work in the rural setting after his undergrad program.
