Raymond holds a BSc. Agricultural Technology with a Post-Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management and a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Missiology. He has over 17 years of HR experience and possesses a special interest, capacity, and passion for training and youth development. Before joining CorpsAfrica, Raymond was Team Lead Training and Development of First Atlantic Bank (FAB Ghana), where he led and supported initiatives to align employees to the bank’s competency model, identified learning and development gaps, and designed strategies and content to build the capacity of employees. In the past, Raymond managed his consulting firm (Mindset Consult), providing HR services to multiple clients across sectors and industries. He has an interest in rural development and has in the past, provided business development advisory services to rural banks and other rural businesses. He has worked in HR roles with organizations such as Fidelity Bank, Gold Coast Securities, and BJ Global. Raymond is passionate about the legacy, and the development of young people.
