When Liz Fanning volunteered for the Peace Corps, she was motivated to create a second Peace Corps specifically for Africans. Now as the founder and executive director of CorpsAfrica, she talks about its establishment, built on the Peace Corps model to give young Africans the opportunity to be part of the solution for Africa.
