We are delighted to announce that the selection process for Cohort Three of our Matching Scholarship Program has been completed, and we have chosen 10 exceptional alumni to receive the scholarship.
The Matching Scholarship program is crafted to provide partial scholarships, acting as a crucial catalyst for deserving CorpsAfrica Alumni. Our mission is clear yet impactful: to empower individuals with genuine financial constraints to fully achieve their educational and professional ambitions.
The application period for Cohort Three was open from April 1st to April 15th, 2024. During this time, we received applications from 28 dedicated alumni who demonstrated their commitment to furthering their education and making a positive impact in their communities. Following a thorough evaluation process, we are thrilled to announce that 10 applicants have been selected as finalists for the Matching Scholarship Program. Their outstanding achievements, dedication, and potential for future success stood out among the applicants, making them deserving recipients of this scholarship opportunity.
The Matching Scholarship Program aims to empower alumni to pursue higher education and achieve their academic and professional goals. By providing financial assistance and support, we strive to equip these individuals with the resources they need to excel and become leaders in their respective fields.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the 10 alumni who have been selected as finalists for Cohort Three of the Matching Scholarship Program. - Sarah Rachael Kayembe from Malawi is pursuing a Master’s degree in International Relations at Central China Normal University.
- Mourad Abdennebi from Morocco is pursuing a Ph.D. in Second Language Acquisition and Teaching at The University of Arizona.
- Flora Gihozo Kwizera from Rwanda is studying for a Bachelor of Business Administration at Unicaf University.
- Sandrine Tuyisenge from Rwanda, is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Unicaf University.
- Ezzydany Fatima from Morocco, is pursuing a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid from Kalu Institute.
- Geofrey Saku from Uganda is pursuing a Master’s degree in Poverty and Development at the University of Sussex, UK.
- Dieudonne Ingabire from Rwanda, is studying for a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Cyprus West University (CWU).
- Josephine Babamonwe Dungayere from Ghana is pursuing a Master’s degree in Global Social Development at the University of East Anglia.
- Modou Khabane Fall from Senegal is working towards a Ph.D. at Unicaf University.
- Joyce Mahoro from Rwanda is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Cyprus West University.
