Rita Amponsah Ofori is an experienced Community-led Development Facilitator and Content Creator with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Health Services Administration from the University of Ghana. She has designed, implemented, and evaluated development programs for over 5 years, specializing in community engagement, social media management, and health services administration. Rita’s accomplishments include leading successful projects resulting in a 65% increase in community participation. She has curated educational blogs reaching over 80,000 community members across Africa and globally. Rita has professional experience in project facilitation, content curation, data analysis, and healthcare administration. She has also volunteered for research, digital speaking, and peer education programs focused on policy, education, sexual reproductive health, and AIDS awareness. Serving in Besease in the Central Region, she has facilitated discussions on climate change and waste management, sexual reproductive health, chronic diseases, and education among others.
