Maridia Kuvidana Sule works at the CorpsAfrica/Ghana office as the Alumni Support Officer. She was a Volunteer in the first cohort in Ghana, serving in the Northern Region in a community called Gumo. During her service, she trained women in making pastries to improve their economic status, charcoal briquettes, and fuel-efficient cook stoves. She also taught school dropouts, facilitated the construction of 20 household toilets, and educated women on the importance of exclusive breastfeeding. Maridia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Nutrition from the University for Development Studies and is a Registered Nutritionist. Before joining CorpsAfrica, she served as a National Service person at the Tamale Teaching Hospital. Maridia is a firm believer in rural potential.
