Joana Duodu Owusu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Energy and Natural Resources. Currently serving at Anweem-Kissi in the Central Region, she is working with the community to renovate an old structure to serve as a Teacher’s bungalow and a Nursery school. She is a result-oriented and self-motivated professional with solid training in Community-led Development Project management and Plastic Recycling. With her previous volunteering service with Recycle Up Ghana, she developed great skills in waste management, plastic waste, and recycling. She is an apostle of change, creativity, innovation, positive human relations, and impact with experience working with people of diverse backgrounds. She possesses excellent leadership skills demonstrated through mobilizing, coaching, and managing youth organizations. Terrific at starting and sustaining programs, corporates well in teams and easily adapts to new roles, Joana takes inspiration from training kids.
