Fatoumata Bintou Masssaly lives in Ouagou Niayes. She graduated from Ensup Africa in Business and Tax Law. She is also the president of the African Network of Adolescents and Young Girls (“AfriYAN Girls”), which works on issues of promotion and empowerment of girls in Senegal. Fatou Bintou is very involved in the fight over the right to education of girls and the importance for them to benefit from sexual and reproductive health services, and to have work opportunities to ensure their autonomy. Thanks to this commitment, she has developed attitudes of sharing, solidarity, listening, understanding, and helping others. For Fatou Bintou, it is a pleasure to join the CorpsAfrica/Senegal community to put her experience and aptitude at the service of the girls and women of her host community, to help them become aware of their role and their importance in communities and families, but especially to learn from them.
