Mansour Ndiaye was born in Joal Fadhiouth where he completed his primary school and then came to Dakar for high school. After graduating in 2013, he joined the ESEA ex ENEA in 2015 for studies in community development, and in 2017 he received his license. He considers himself a social entrepreneur because since high school he has joined many associations to provide solutions to problems that affect his community. Currently, he is doing an internship at the medical region of Louga in the Office of Nutrition and Child Survival.
