Khady Mbaye is a native of Dakar-Plateau. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Law International Relations option and a Master2’s professional in Studies and Practices of International Relations at the University Cheikh Anta Diop of Dakar. In 2015, she made her first professional experience at SMS Senegal as a company lawyer, then between 2016-2017, she joined, as a trainee, the ECOWAS National Unit which became the ECOWAS National Office. For a year, she started in the community law consultancy and has to my credit a dozen articles on community law and regional integration in Africa. Likewise, she often acts as rapporteur in workshops and seminars focused on regional integration.
