Geoffrey Tumuine is a Rwandan born in Uganda in the Central region of Luweero District and raised in the Eastern province of Rwanda in Nyagatare District. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (Hons) in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Rwanda, Huye Campus. Geoffrey did a professional Internship in Hopethiopia Rwanda, an NGO transforming health in Rwanda. He also volunteered with Hopethiopia Rwanda in the mobile dental clinic to mobilize and sensitize the community about the importance of proper dental care. Geoffrey is passionate about serving the community by giving them the ability to stand on their feet and put a smile on their face through capacity building and sustainability in development. For Geoffrey, joining CorpsAfrica Rwanda gives him the platform to execute this passion through different approaches like HCD and ABCD letting the community be the core, and giving the community a sense of ownership.
