Adeline Umutoni holds a Bachelor’s degree in Crop Production from the University of Rwanda (Class of 2019). Since then, she interned with the Field Operations Impact team at One Acre Fund and assisted in the evaluation of strategies executed on the field with smallholder farmers. Later, she joined the Rwanda Agriculture Board – Twigire Muhinzi program where she served as Frontline Agents’ Trainer and dedicated herself to increasing farmers’ levels of production through the application of good agriculture practices. Adeline also developed a passion for youth development after being a member of several organizations like AIESEC and Resonate. She is eager to use her experience and CorpsAfrica’s approaches to motivate and inspire the community in identifying their potential for sustainable development.
